Classic Minnie & Mickey Nails

In honor of The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60th Anniversary, I created a classic Minnie and Mickey Mouse inspired look. Who better to celebrate with than the original endgame couple?! Products and tools will be listed below along with more detailed instructions. Hope you enjoy!

-Sally Hansen Big Peel Off Top Coat
-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "139: White On"
-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "629 Black Out"
-Elf Essentials Nail Polish in "Pot of Gold"
-Sally Hansen Diamond Strength in "370 Red Velvet"
-Avon Speed Dry Enamel in "Suddenly Sunny"
-L.A. Colors Art Deco in "Red Glitter"
-Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
Tools:
Step 1: Apply your favorite base coat to all of your nails.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of yellow polish to your index finger, pinky, and thumb to serve as a base for your gold polish later.
Step 3: Apply a black to your middle finger.
Step 4: Apply a red polish (mine has glitter for an extra pop) to your ring finger.
Step 5: Apply a layer of metallic gold polish to your yellow nails, or just apply a second coat of yellow if you prefer.
Step 6: On a clean surface, I used a post-it note, add a small pool of white polish. Using the larger side of your dotting tool apply polka dots to your red nail.
Step 7: Repeat this technique using black polish on your gold nails to create little Mickey heads in the bottom corner of each gold nail, using 1 large dot for the face and 2 smaller ones as ears.
Step 8: Use a matching red striper to create a horizontal line a third of the way down your black nail. Fill it in with your red polish.
Step 9: Apply a quick dry top coat to your dry nails.
Step 10: Using the dotting tool again, make two large white dots on the red section of your black nail for Mickey's pants buttons. Follow it up by adding two gold dots on top of the white.
Step 11: Add a quick dry top coat and enjoy!!!
