Summer Beach Nails

A fun look for the summer when you want to be on the beach but its just so far away! Hope you guys enjoy it. Products and instructions will be listed below.

Products:

-Sally Hansen Big Peel Off Basecoat

-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "169 Bare it All"

-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "139 White Out"

-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "399 Big Teal"

-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "119 Shine On"

-Avon Nailwear Pro+ in "Vibe"

-Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat

Tools:

-Q-tips

-Scotch Tape

-Cup

-Room temperature water

-Rubbing alcohol

-Empty spray bottle

-Faux pearls (optional)

-Rhinestones (optional)

Step 1: Apply your favorite base coat to protect your nails.

Step 2: Apply 1-2 coats of beige polish to all of your nails.

Step 3: On a clean makeup sponge (wedges work best) apply your beige color along with a light and medium blue polish, slightly overlapping so they blend together creating an ombre effect.

Step 4: Lightly dab the sponge on your nails to transfer the polish. Repeat on all of your nails until the desired opacity is achieved.

Step 5: Clean up the edges with a q-tip dipped in acetone.

Step 6: Protect your cuticles with some scotch tape. The easiest way is to use three strips, one on each side, and one across the bottom of the nails. Do this for all of your nails.

Step 7: Add a drop of white polish to a cup of room temperature water.

Step 8: Spritz the polish with rubbing alcohol to disperse it and create a cool design.

Step 9: Pick a spot you like and dip your nail into the water, then while your finger is still in the water, use a q-tip to clean up the remainder of the polish in the water. Repeat this with all of your nails.

Step 10: Carefully remove the tape and clean up any edges with a q-tip and acetone.

Step 11: Apply some iridescent glitter to all of your nails.

Step 12 (optional): Apply some faux pearls and rhinestones to the corners of your ring and index fingers.

Step 13: Apply a quick dry top coat and you're done!!
