-Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear in "300 White On"

-Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat
-Martha Stewart Crafts Glitter Flocking Powder (Light blue)
Tools:
-Tweezers
-Paintbrush
Step 1: Apply your favorite base coat on all of your nails.
Step 2: Apply one coat of light blue polish to your index and pinky fingers.
Step 3: Apply two coats of red polish to your middle and ring fingers, and white to your thumb.
Step 4: Apply a layer of clear polish on your blue nails. While still wet, take a bunch of flocking powder with your tweezers and coat the nail.
Step 5: Press the powder down with your finger into the wet polish. Brush off any excess with a dry paintbrush.
Step 6: Using white polish and a large dotting tool, create a circle in the center of your red nails using a dabbing motion. It doesn't need to be perfect as the outline will help create a more defined shape.
Step 7: Using a dotting tool and red polish, create a small bowtie with tails on the center of your thumb near the cuticle.
Step 8: With a black paint pen or striper, create small strokes around the border to represent the Cat's fur.
Step 9: With the pen or striper, outline the circles on your red nails.
Step 10: Draw the numbers "1" and "2" in the center of the circles.
Step 11: Apply a shiny top coat on the nails without flocking.
